DORSET County Hospital’s role in the sailing Olympics will be revealed on Wednesday.
Members of the DCH Foundation Trust will hear its preparations during talks at Weymouth Community Fire Station.
Trust chairman Dr Jeffrey Ellwood will introduce the event, the first of a number of opportunities for trust members to meet hospital governors and hear about topical developments.
Governor Michel Hooper-Immins said: “It will be one opportunity for members of the trust in this borough to meet governors of the Dorchester hospital and hear how it will cope with the additional potential patients during the Olympics.”
The meeting is only open to members of the foundation trust but people can join before then by calling 01305 254114 or visiting the website: dchft.nhs.uk
