May we, through your letters page. offer our sincere thanks to the staff of the Weymouth Minor Injuries Unit and of Kingfisher Ward in DCH who looked after our grandson who fell ill over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Only through their prompt action, and the ambulance driver accompanied by a doctor who rushed him back to Brighton, a very serious situation was prevented from escalating into a crisis.
Once again the local NHS has proved to be equal to the task.
