Can I first say that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Weymouth during the Olympics , and we were determined that we would come back for the Paralympic sailing today.
Unfortunately we turned around – along with many hundreds of others – after sitting in a traffic jam for an hour.
Why, oh, why was there no co-ordination of events?
While the sailing could not be changed, surely the Dorset County Show and air regatta in Bournemouth did not all have to be on at the same time.
