POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a burger van was stolen from a car park.
CCTV footage, right, has been released of the theft, which took place at 7.16pm on Sunday, September 2 at the Butts Pond Industrial Estate in Sturminster Newton.
Thieves cut through a wire fence to gain access to the car park of Jordan and Faber Contractors and used a dark coloured vehicle to tow away the burger van from the premises.
PC Police Constable Maureen Hayward said: “This is a despicable crime, the van was the livelihood of the victim who is extremely upset and shocked.”
