Admitted with a view to obtaining for a benefit or other payment namely Pension Credit, under relevant social security legislation made a statement or representation to the Department for Work and Pensions which knew to be false, namely misrepresenting your financial circumstances. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Admitted a second charge of the above offence. No separate penalty.
ELIZABETH DEIRDRE BOWLES, aged 62, of Okeford Fitzpaine. Found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence. Community order with requirement to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £200 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for four years.
