Admitted driving a vehicle on a road, namely Turberville Road, Bere Regis, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £370 and ordered to pay £135 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 14 months.
