STAFF and children at a West Dorset playgroup and school are celebrating their recent Ofsted inspection.
Ladybirds was judged as a good setting, with the way it contributes to the children’s well-being judged as outstanding.
The report also highlighted that children’s behaviour was exceptional, children achieve well because staff use good teaching techniques and provide experiences that capture children’s attention within a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment, staff provide exceptional opportunities for children to learn to respect and relate well to others.
The report also highlighted that management uses a successful approach to drive ongoing improvement and children have a very strong sense of belonging.
The staff and children celebrated with a dress up day.
