FUN: Roger plays on the rails outside The Ritz in 1954
THANKS to Roger House for this picture of the Ritz Theatre in Weymouth which could be the last photo of it before it burnt down in 1954.
It features Roger climbing on the railings as a 10-year-old.
Roger said: "After this photo was taken we were out in the bay on a boat and observed the smoke and flames coming from the place. This was a day out for my brother and his mates, but I had to tag along as young brothers did."
Weymouth Pavilion is now on the site where the Ritz stood.
