MANY of you will remember the Texas Homecare store in Weymouth, which later became the Lakeside Superbowl.
But chances are you missed this unusual sight outside in early 1986 showing six members of staff from Texas Homecare about to embark on a sponsored bed push in aid of Barnardo’s from the store’s car park to the Sunray Pub in Osmington.
