RSPB Arne Nature Reserve is offering a chance to see and learn about some birds of prey on their Raptor Weekend.
Daniel Wright, RSPB Arne visitor experience volunteer, said: “The seasons are beginning to change, and so are the raptors we see here at RSPB Arne.
“As the Ospreys and Hobbies get ready for their migration to Africa, our winter visitors, the Hen Harrier and Merlin, begin to arrive.
“This is one of the rare opportunities to see these four iconic species all on the same day as well as our resident Buzzards, Kestrels and Sparrowhawks.”
The event is scheduled for Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September.
Daniel said: “We will have wildlife guides situated around the site at raptor hotspots ensuring the best possible chance of seeing one of these magnificent birds of prey.
“This is a free drop in event from 11am to 3pm.”
