THE saga of this mystery cyclist seems to have reached a conclusion.
After believing the man in this photo to be one of two people, we now believe this isn't the case.
But this latest phone call from Looking Back reader Sylvia Snowdon, 85, of Wool, will hopefully put an end to it.
Mrs Snowdon recognised the cyclist on the penny farthing as her late uncle, Rowland Corbin of Weymouth.
She said: "I was surprised when I saw the picture and realised that it's my uncle. He worked for Samways Cycles. I knew he rode a penny farthing around. He died before my auntie did. They never had any children."
Thanks so much to Mrs Snowdon for sharing what we hope is the definitive identity of our cyclist!
