After yesterday’s visit to Weymouth town centre in the 1980s ahead of dramatic changes which spruced up the town centre, today we are taking a visit to Dorchester town centre in the 1990s.

Wellworths and Kwik Save to Safeways, Dorchester has been home to many different shops over the decades. These photographs show the selection of retailers that ruled the streets in the 1990s.

Scroll down to be transported back to the 1990s - the era of Britpop, ladettes and the Spice Girls!
