Back in June 2006 a star who caused a stir on a reality TV show dropped into Weymouth.
It was a very discreet appearance from Will Young because he was in town for the wedding of his friend's sister.
Will, who was then 27, was among the friends and family at the marriage of Weymouth couple Mark Franks and Shonagh Doyle.
The singer, who leapt to fame after winning TV talent competition Pop Idol in 2002, attended the ceremony at St Augustine's Church on Dorchester Road.
Following the 50-minute ceremony he was whisked off in a blue Audi to the reception at a hotel on the Esplanade, run by the bride's parents.
Will was thought to be at the wedding as a friend of the bride's brother, Conor Doyle, 23, who is a dancer in London.
