We have delved into the archives to bring you a collection of Dorset shops from the past.
Included is a marvellous image of Dorchester's Cornhill in the 1930s and a trip back to one of the county town's shopping arcades in the 1980s.
We also bring you a magnificent picture of Lawrence's in Weymouth, next to the Town Bridge - seeing the staff lined up proudly outside it looked like quite the store to shop in.
