We've really enjoyed our trips down memory lane to the bygone days of shopping recently.

And today we have another fresh collection of Dorset shops from the past to bring you.

Included is a marvellous image of Dorchester's Cornhill in the 1930s and a trip back to one of the county town's shopping arcades in the 1980s.

We also bring you a magnificent picture of Lawrence's in Weymouth, next to the Town Bridge - seeing the staff lined up proudly outside it looked like quite the store to shop in.
