Hi readers and wow, Christmas is already over and it’s only three days to go until the start of a New Year.

We don’t really celebrate New Year’s Eve but we are thinking about our New Year Resolutions.

This time last year we wrote a column here and Hakuna Matata or ‘No Worries’ was our catch phrase for 2015. Well, it must have worked as we can’t remember many times feeling really stressed this year!

But there are some little things we do want to change. I (William) said last year I would eat better. Well, it went ok at first but then I slipped. I still want to lose weight so I am going to make wiser choices about what I eat. For 2016, out go unhealthy nibbles and in comes fruit!

I (Adam) have noticed that since having this platform to share our thoughts, I feel more assertive speaking up and able to say what I think. Sometimes in life I am afraid to disagree in case I upset people but am learning in our editing meetings it’s ok, and safe, to voice my views. Also that I can do it nicely and with humour! I want to take this new found confidence and speak up more in other situations. Why? Because I really like being able to be the real me!

We will both keep looking after ourselves and our family and friends.

One thing we definitely aren’t going to give up is writing this column as we are loving it! We are excited as we have lots more lined up to share with you in 2016 so please keep reading and let us know your thoughts.

Happy New Year!
