We think New Year’s resolutions can be a good thing because a new year means a brand new start for everyone.

Resolutions are also good because it can change you and your lifestyle for the better as well as setting yourself a target to focus on throughout the year.

On the other hand, New Year’s resolutions can sometimes be a bad thing because you should just be able to be yourself and not worry about what other people say or think about you.

Sometimes people set themselves challenges which are too hard and this can result in failure and make them feel bad.

Megan’s New Year’s resolution is to eat a piece of fruit every day.

Erin’s New Year’s resolution is to get 10,000 steps on her fitbit every day and Neve has made a New Year’s resolution to stop biting her nails.
