Thank you to those that have sponsored Bridport Round Table’s 14th Annual Beerfest this June already, it is very much appreciated and we are looking forward to seeing many of you at what is gearing up to be a fantastic weekend in under two months' time.

We are really looking forward to it.

We’re aiming to bring back beer fest with a bang, making it the biggest and best yet! The costs for the 2022 beer festival are looking to be over £25,000, and look set to rise as we get nearer to the event itself.

Round Table will use its contacts in the local community to bring prices down where we can, but the simple truth is that everything is more expensive than it was last year. Sponsorship is the principal way we can generate the funds to get the event off the ground, and that is where you come in!

There are a range of sponsorship options, from £120 for a barrel to £1,000 to sponsor the marquee, with options in between.

Bronze Sponsors will receive 10 complimentary beer tokens and a pair of commemorative half pint glasses; Silver Sponsors will receive 20 complimentary tokens and four glasses; Gold Sponsors will receive 40 complimentary tokens and eight glasses. Treat your colleagues!

We have now ordered 80 ales, 40 ciders and we have a few other drink options up our sleeves.....

As per usual, all sponsors will in addition be invited to the Sponsor’s Hour, which will be from 17.00 to 18.00 on Friday 17th June, and will be exclusively for those who have sponsored the event. During this time all of the approximately 80 beers and 40 ciders will be complimentary. From 18.00 the doors will be open to the general public…

If you would like to sponsor, please email with your chosen sponsorship level along with your business name, and the best contact person. We will then send over an invoice up to the agreed amount. If you would prefer to discuss, or have any questions, email us and we will get in touch.

We look forward to seeing you in June, and thanks again!
