Weymouth will field a couple of trialists in tonight's Pontin's Holidays Combination Wales & West Division match against Yeovil Town at the Wessex Stadium (7pm).

The reserve-team clash will also be a chance for Ashley Vickers to get some playing time. The ex-Dagenham & Redbridge man missed Saturday's 1-1 draw with Burton Albion in Nationwide Conference National due to suspension.

Last week the Terras lost 5-0 against Exeter City Reserves but tonight they will have more experience in their side. Weymouth boss Jason Tindall said: "We have got a few trialists who will play and we will be a little bit more experienced than last week.

"Ashley Vickers will play at least 45 minutes and I will also have a run out, so we will have a good mixture with a few of the younger lads being involved as well.

"One of the trialists has come down from Barnsley and the other has come over from Australia I believe. He went to Millwall but then there was a change of manager there and he is looking to make a name for himself in English football. He was recommended to me from a source and I feel I have nothing to lose by taking a look at him."

Yeovil are expected to field a strong side that is likely to include Ipswich Town youngster Darryl Knights.
