WINGER Justin Keeler has left Dorchester Town and joined Southern League Premier Division side Bashley.
The Hampshire side's boss Steve Riley said: "Justin has been at Dorchester a long time and needs a new challenge. He will be ideal for us, he's got a spark about him and he's got that pedigree from a higher level of football."
Meanwhile, Magpies' boss Mick Jenkins has revealed that defender Stephen Reed was also one of his targets this summer.
Last week the ex-Yeovil Town full-back signed a one-year deal with Blue Square Premier side Cambridge United despite hav-ing spent the past couple of months training with Dorch-ester's neighbours Weymouth.
Due to a possible deal involving a new majority shareholder, Jenkins is still waiting to be given the green light to start building his squad for next season.
He said: "I have nothing to report although I believe something is going on later this week.
"As for Stephen Reed, I did hold talks with him and he did have the courtesy to call me and let me know what was going on.
"He wants full-time football so he has gone to Cambridge who offered him a good relocation package and I wish him well.
"He was one I wanted to bring to the football club and I did not realise he was also wanted by Weymouth."
