WEYMOUTH RESERVES 0
SHAFTESBURY TOWN 1
A SECOND-HALF spot-kick from former Terra Mark Ford gave Shaftesbury Town all three points at the Bob Lucas Stadium against Weymouth Reserves.
Ford, who has played under reserves’ boss Bradley Asagba at both Weymouth and Blandford United netted the only goal of the game from 12 yards to condemn Weymouth to their second league defeat in three outings since their promotion.
The striker, who also had a spell under Simon Browne and Brendon King at Wimborne last term, has been in fine form for the Rockies – he also scored a hat-trick for Shaftesbury in a 3-1 win against Romsey Town on Saturday.
