DORCHESTER Sports’ boss Ashley James feels his side has found its “buzz” ahead of their Dorset Premier League clash with Gillingham Town at the Clayson Stadium tomorrow (3pm).

Sports beat Holt United 1-0 for the second season in a row away from home and James feels the result has lifted his troops ahead of hosting fifth-placed Town.

He told Echosport: “It’s really just much of the same, try and keep that clean sheet again and hopefully score one or two goals.

“It’s a massive difference in feel from the last couple of weeks. We’ve got that buzz back which is good to see.

“We played (Gillingham) in pre-season and lost 6-1 at their place and we lost 4-1 in the league.

“On their day when they start clicking they’re one of the best sides in the league. Their front three is really good together.”

James will be without Pat Thomas (head) while captain Lewis Amor is rated as 50/50 after sustaining an ankle injury in a heavy challenge last weekend. Lloyd Beals and Ryan Ross return after unavailability.
