DORCHESTER Athletic Club Sprint Group is always on the move and have begun their preparations for two forthcoming championships.
The club are looking to build on their recent successes at the Lea Valley Open on December 2, and in preparation for the upcoming championships at Cardiff tomorrow respectively.
Molly White and Kate Evans, both 13, will be competing in under-15 events against athletes from across the south of England, as well as those from west Wales.
White is set to compete in the sprint hurdles, in which she is currently ranked first for the 60-metre event.
Evans will be running in the 60-metre sprint and both will be competing at the regional championships in Sheffield in late February.
Vince Mason, 13, will also be competing in the 60-metre sprint over in Lee Valley on Sunday.
All three hope to earn selection to go to the English schools competition that takes place in Birmingham in July.
