WEYMOUTH Cricket Club will commence their winter training programme at Budmouth Community Sports Centre on Sunday, February 17.
For the first time in two years, the Seasiders will launch a youth section for seven to 15-year-olds and training begins with the club’s future prospects at 2.30pm, with the men’s first and second team following on from 3.30 to 5pm.
Weymouth’s 15-year-olds are also encouraged to stay on for men’s training.
The session is the first of eight to take place at Budmouth, all running back-to-back with the exception of March 3, when there is no training.

Weymouth’s winter has already begun, with the club sitting on top of the Clayesmore Sunday League.
