MIDFIELDER Ollie Griggs has left Dorchester Town by mutual consent with immediate effect.
Griggs, whose time at the Clayson Stadium was plagued by injuries, had been under a two-year contract with the Magpies.
Signed by previous boss Craig Laird, initially on loan, Griggs penned his deal before making 33 career appearances.
Griggs scored just one goal for the county town side, heading the winner in a 1-0 triumph at home to Basingstoke last season.
However, after picking up a serious ankle infection following a summertime dip in a river, Griggs went on to have surgery on the issue and made just one appearance from the bench this season for current manager Steve Thompson.
