TALK of the upcoming sailing season is already whetting the appetites of Weymouth and Portland Cruising Association members.
Cruising Chairman Chris Reid is keen for members to join in with cruises and particularly less experienced members who want to venture further afield.
The next talk will be on Tuesday, February 19 when local sailors Diana and Michael Gill continue
the story of their Mediterranean Odyssey including sailing through the Strait of Gibraltar and experiencing Hurricane Leslie, fortunately in a marina in Lisbon.
This year will be the last stage of their five-year project before they return their boat, Snow Goose, to Weymouth.
As usual, the talk will start at 8pm and all local sailors are welcome to attend the event.
