WEYMOUTH & Portland coach Simon Litster is telling his side to enjoy their rugby as they face a trip to Sherborne Seconds today.

The Borne sit sixth, right behind the Seahorses, but with a 10-point deficit.

Sherborne failed to field a side in away trips against Dorset Dockers and Swanage and Wareham, leading to point deductions that keep them behind the Seahorses.

Litster is expecting a tough game however, with his side depleted due to injuries.

Litster said: “I think they are going to be a very strong side, they are going to be very tough to beat up there.

“We have had to make quite a few changes, mainly through injury. I am not going up there with massive expectations.

“What we have said to the boys is really enjoy your rugby, you are not enjoying your rugby right now so go out there and enjoy it.

“If you are enjoying your rugby you start going forward and you stop making mistakes and tries will come.

Litster added: “If I think back to two or three games this season, like Bournemouth, the first game, Blandford up there, Wimborne at ours, we played a completely different brand of rugby than we played last week (in defeat to Puddletown).

“If we can play that type of rugby and they enjoy it I think we should do well.”

The Seahorses are without Hywel Davies, Scott White, Dan Haine and Norton Rogers.
