TREVOR Honnor took full advantage of having a full fixture list in front of him by claiming four wins out of four on the final round of catch-up fixtures in the Weymouth ADC League.

With only 10 fixtures played on the night, Honnor was the high mover, firmly cementing himself into the play-off spots.

A 4-0 whitewash in his opening game against Matty Betts set the tone for Honnor’s night ahead, as he followed this result up with a 4-2 win over Shaun Lampard.

There were 180s in both matches from Lampard and Adam McKay but these were not enough for either player as Honnor went on to defeat McKay 4-1 in his third match, before hitting a 16-dart leg in his final match, a 4-1 win over Chris Burton.

Mel Burton once again added another two 180 to his season’s total as he drew two and won his other on the night.

Burton and Paul Dormer had a back and forth affair in their match, hitting some high scores and finishing superbly well, as both players hit a 100-plus out shot with Burton hitting a 114 and Dormer hitting a 111 in their 3-3 draw.

Taking on Betts in both players’ second matches of the evening saw neither Burton or Dormer come out victorious, as Betts showed some moments of brilliance to take a draw from both players.

Betts and Burton had 180s in their draw, while Dormer hit a 106 out-shot in their match.

Burton’s second 180 of the night came in his 17-dart-leg to claim a 4-1 win over Billy Short.

Short, another player playing four games, lost his opening three games.

Firstly, he fell to Chris Burton 4-1, who also had a 180, and then 4-0 to Drew Tweedy who hit a 110 out-shot before his loss to Mel Burton.

Short did however end the night producing a fantastic performance to beat Stewart Masters 4-2.

Across the evening there were a total of six 180s and four 100+ shot-outs hit.

180s: M.Burton x 2, Betts, C.Burton, Lampard, McKay.

100 plus out-shots: Burton 114, Dormer 111 & 106, Tweedy 110.
