DORCHESTER Town have announced the return of talisman Nathan Walker on dual-registration terms.
Walker, a firm fans’ favourite, left the club in the summer of 2017 but returns as player/coach.
Walker has made over 300 appearances for the Magpies, having initially made his debut in for the club in September 2005.
After leaving the Magpies he went on to sign for current Dorchester boss Callum Brooks at Hamworthy United.
The defender joins the Magpies with fellow centre-back Joe Low set to return from suspension and club captain Neil Martin out for up to six weeks after an appendix operation.
Brennan Camp, who missed the 2-2 draw with Farnborough with a minor knock, is also set to return to further bolster Brooks’ defensive options.
Walker, subject to league approval, could make his bow for Dorchester in Tuesday’s Evo-Stik Southern Premier South clash at Merthyr Town (7.45pm).
