THERE were 16 young members from the Tornadoes of South Dorset Swimming Club that brought back a huge haul of 25 medals from the West Dorset Summer Open Meet.
All swimmers covered a multitude of strokes and distances.
The 16 youngsters achieved an incredible 83 personal best times, including seven bronze, 14 silver and four gold medals in a superb set of results for the club.
There were golds for Natalia Baran in the 200m freestyle, Rudy Falconer and Caitlin English in the 100m backstroke and Freya Stanger in the 100m freestyle all achieving medal success for the Tornadoes.
Junior squad coach Hannah Kearns said: “I am delighted with the results and times from all the swimmers.”
