WAYTOWN Hounds, who play in the Perry Street Division One and are based in Netherbury, returned to pre-season training on Wednesday and with a very busy and varied pre-season planned, new players are welcome.
The Hounds have had a successful couple of seasons, lifting two trophies and finishing third in the league last year and missing out on promotion to the Perry Street Premier Division by a single point and the club are targetting promotion and winning a trophy in the forthcoming season, which starts on September 7.
We also have two club fundraisers planned, with their our annual Fantasy Football League competition, while they will also be holding a race night at the Clock Chideock on Saturday, October 12, which will help us raise much needed funds to improve facilities at the club.
n Prospective sponsors for a race, horse or jockey please get in touch via Facebook on: https://www.facebook.com/waytownhoundsfc/.
