JAMES Dunham says his side need to keep their form going, as the Dorset Funeral Plan Premier Division leaders prepare to host bottom-of-the-table Stalbridge tomorrow (1pm).

Dorchester have collected two wins from their last three games, beating Sherborne and Wimborne & Colehill.

When asked about the contrast between Stalbridge and their last three games, Dunham told Echosport:”It is still the same target of winning a game of cricket, to be honest, we still need to hit runs, take wickets and take our catches to win the game.

“It is a different side, but it is still a game that we are looking to in the same frame of mind as we have the last three. The last three or four games are completely irrelevant if we don’t win any of these games, well the rest of the games of the season, to be honest. So we need to keep the form going, keep winning games of cricket until the end of the season.”

Dunham is pleased with the feel around the club at the minute, and highlighted their second team, which sits three points off the County Division Three summit.

Dunham said: “Sherborne was a great victory, and our second team is looking for a top-of-the-table spot, only three points off, so the mood in the whole club is very good at the moment.”

Jack Owens and Eral Anderson are unavailable, which brings back in Dunham and Jim Ryall.
