WEYMOUTH have been spared a draining 282-mile round trip after their clash at Hemel Hempstead was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
For a second time this season the match has been postponed.
The latest development follows Hemel's enforcement of a rule involving international youth call-ups, with the Tudors having three members of their squad selected for duty - opening up the implementation of the FA's lawbook.
A date for fulfilment of the fixture has yet to be announced.
Weymouth will welcome the extra time to recuperate amid what had been a nightmare week logistically.
Mark Molesley's men faced almost 850 miles of travelling for three games in eight days.
However, the Terras will now have fresher legs for their FA Trophy first round encounter with National League side Barnet on Saturday (3pm).
Injured players Andy Robinson and Sam Sherring (both ankle) plus Cameron Murray (shin and ankle) and Jordan Ngalo (hamstring) will now have additional recovery ahead of their visit to the Hive Stadium.
