WEYMOUTH must wait another week to visit Verwood Town in the Dorset Senior Cup semi-finals.
The development comes after Town conducted a "precautionary" pitch inspection at 5pm, only for the Potterne Park surface to be deemed unfit for play.
Weymouth indicated via Twitter that the match is rescheduled for Tuesday, January 14 (7.45pm).
Verwood, who play in the Sydenhams Wessex Division One - the 10th tier of English football - are ranked four divisions below the Terras.
Town had earned their semi-final place with a 4-2 win over Bridport in the quarter-finals.
Tonight's other semi-final involving Dorchester Town and Wimborne Town (7.45pm) is not under threat from the elements due to the Clayson Stadium's artificial surface.
