WEYMOUTH boss Mark Molesley says he is not surprised to see his Terras side in the play offs but suspects they have shocked other teams in the league with their performances.
After winning promotion to the Vanarama National League South last season, the Terras have acclimatised seamlessly into the higher division and are currently fourth in the league.
But this has come as no shock to Molesley: “I knew we would be working hard so it hasn’t taken me by surprise but we probably have taken a few in the league by surprise.”
Weymouth travel to eighth-placed Hampton & Richmond Borough tomorrow (3pm) and Molesley will call on his team to go again after three games without a win.
“We are having a bit of a sticky spell at the moment but if we had won on Saturday we would be looking at things differently.
“This league brings you a lot of tough challenges so we have to dust ourselves off this week and train hard and go again.”
Commenting on Hampton & Richmond, Molesley feels the Beavers will be a “force to be reckoned with”.
He said: “I think they have been on a fantastic run recently. They had a slow start to the season but they are having a real up turn now.
“They are a real force to be reckoned with in this league with some good players and good management.
“I was really impressed with them at our place and their management team has instilled a really good work ethic and team spirit into them.”
