DORCHESTER Town have arguably pulled off the signing of their summer with the capture of midfielder Jordan Ngalo on a one-year contract, subject to FA approval.

Ngalo has National League experience at Aldershot Town and Weymouth and has also enjoyed spells with AFC Totton and Blackfield & Langley.

Playing as a trialist in the heart of the Magpies' midfield in the final two pre-season friendlies, Ngalo wore the number eight shirt against Yeovil and former club Weymouth.

Dorchester boss Glenn Howes has previously worked with the midfielder at both Totton and Blackfield & Langley.

He said: "We’re very pleased to confirm the signature of Jordan and believe he’ll compliment our young squad of players.

"Although still young in footballing terms Jordan has collated extensive experience at this level and the above whilst achieving successive promotions with our near neighbours Weymouth.

"Like many of our new additions this summer we know them well and know what they’re capable of and we believe the Magpies' faithful will enjoy watching Jordan play in a Dorchester shirt."

Ngalo could make his debut against North Leigh on Saturday (3pm).
