WEYMOUTH have confirmed a triple signing on the day of beating Welling United 3-0 in the FA Cup third qualifying round.
Popular defender Ben Gerring returns to the Terras after spending two seasons at the club between 2011 and 2013.
The centre-half, who has experience at Torquay, Woking, Truro and most recently Bideford among others, played 90 games and scored five times in his first spell.
Weymouth boss Bobby Wilkinson told Echosport: "That's another boost for the club.
"It's another man to the club. Ben hasn't played at this level for a while so it's going to be a challenge for him to adapt to how I want to play.
"He's a special human being and I haven't forgiven him when he beat me for Woking when I was with Wealdstone in the play-offs!
"He's won the league twice and he's a leader. We need a few leaders around us.
"Let's get some leaders around these young kids and help them as well."
It was short and sweet, but a new opportunity has presented itself from a club I think a lot of and promised myself I would return to one day.

Zaki Oualah, a goalkeeper, joins having spent time with League Two side AFC Wimbledon in his most recent spell.
Oualah, of Algeria, also counts Aldershot, Hampton & Richmond plus Farnborough among his past clubs.
He has got the nod to start ahead of Ryan Sandford, who is scheduled for his final game with Weymouth today before his loan from Millwall expires.
On Oualah, Wilkinson said: "I want to bring in a goalkeeper that's stable for the season, not loanees.
"I've been working extremely hard on Zaki. He was at Wimbledon as their number two last year and he's a very good player."

Elsewhere, winger Tyler Forbes has impressed enough during a trial with the Terras to sign a deal.
Forbes has international experience with the British Virgin Islands and has played 12 times for Poole Town, scoring once and assisting once.
Wilkinson added: "We've brought in Tyler, he's training with us and he's another youngster with great potential.
"He's signed and he's come to the club to get experience. He's a raw talent with a bit of pace.
"It was a no-brainer to bring him in to see if we could find another little gem."
Both players could make their debut against Welling today (3pm).
Weymouth are also expected to unveil another signing, while two players are set to leave on a busy afternoon of business.
