After a 15-year wait to reach the FA Cup round, the Terras defeated previously unbeaten Havant & Waterlooville 2-1 away to earn their place in the main draw.
Teddy Howe put Weymouth ahead in the seventh minute before ex-Weymouth midfielder Jake McCarthy levelled less than 60 seconds later.
However, McCarthy's error led to Ahkeem Rose tucking the ball home in the 91st minute as Weymouth reached the Promised Land.
