PORTLAND United's Dorset derby with Shaftesbury this evening has been postponed.
Heavy, prolonged rain has saturated the playing surface at the Camp & Satherley Stadium, leading to a rare postponement at the Blues' headquarters.
Shaftesbury are currently leading the Velocity Wessex League Premier Division by seven points from AFC Stoneham, while the Blues are in seventh.
Portland were coming into the game fresh off the back of a euphoric late 2-1 win at Bournemouth Poppies on Saturday.

The Blues are also one of the few teams to take points off Shaftesbury this season, holding them to a 0-0 draw in August.
Crit Clarke (ankle) was facing a race against time to be fit, but George Stuttle was in line to deputise if needed. Greg Borthwick (groin) remains out.
The Blues are next in action at home to US Portsmouth on Saturday (3pm).
