FROM the kitchen to the road, to the bike.
That is the life of dedicated cook, Jamie Hill, who has qualified to represent Great Britain in the upcoming European Duathlon Championships in Coimbra, Portugal on Saturday, June 15.
Signature House kitchen maestro Hill will compete in the dual-discipline event, consisting of running and cycling segments which demand exceptional stamina and versatility, qualities Hill has demonstrated both in his athletic pursuits and professional life.
The duathlon event in Portugal will bring together top athletes from around Europe, competing in a rigorous test of endurance and speed.

Hill’s participation highlights not only personal achievement but also the dedication and commitment highly regarded by Signature House.
