Portland Town FC is kitted out and all geared up for 2012/13 thanks to main sponsor Ricol Leisure Ltd and their subsidiary business Sakuma and Red Grill.

The club’s four senior team managers, Colin Rice (first team), Justin Faulkner (res-erves), Dave Adkins (A team) and Dave Price (Sunday team), all got together to show off the islanders’ new home shirts and began to formulate their on-the-field plans for next season.

The quartet are looking for new players in what promises to be a massive campaign for the club, which will also be running five youth teams, including two under-8 sides, under-12s, under-14s and under-18s.

Secretary Andy Barber said: “We will have nine teams in total next season, which is a massive investment for a club our size.

“We are doing it because we know there are the players out there and there is a void to fill. We really need players to start registering their interest though as soon as the current season is over. Places will be limited and will fill up quickly.

“We started the under-7s this season with six players and now we have nearly 20.”

If anyone is interested in joining any of the teams please contact Barber on 07595478527 or alternatively send an email to <&bh"mailto:portlandtownfc@hotmail.com">portland townfc@hotmail.com<&eh> when the current season ends.
