DORSET 6-0 trail WILTSHIRE 194-9d by 188 runs
ROB Pack continued his stunning Dorset form to help spin Wiltshire into trouble at Wimborne.
Left-arm spinner Pack took a season’s best haul of 6-38 to put Dorset in control on day one of the NCCA Championship contest.
The Bournemouth man now has 19 wickets for Dorset this campaign.
With the start delayed due to rain, Dorset captain Luke Webb won the toss and chose to field first.
Wiltshire wilted to 4-3 as Ben Fletcher (2-46) and James Trodd (1-37) did early damage.
Ed Young (52) and William Wade (51) then ground out gritty half-centuries as Wiltshire recovered to 92-3.
But Pack’s introduction – not for the first time this season – changed the game.

He breezed through the middle order before late runs from Jake Goodwin (34) and Tahir Afridi (22no) put the visitors in a position to declare on 194-9.
Faced with a nervy five overs to see out, Trodd (0no) and Josh Digby (6no) survived as Dorset prepare for the second day trailing by 188 runs.
