Firefighters tackle chimney fire
FIREFIGHTERS from Maiden Newton were alerted to a chimney fire yesterday evening.
Crews were called at 8.13pm.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews from Maiden Newton attended a chimney fire in a property on Dorchester Road. Crews used ladders and a hose reel to deal with the fire."
