MAGPIES v FARNBOROUGH match preview

Well, by just after 5pm the Magpies' fate this season could be sealed if they don't win and other results go against them.

It has perhaps been coming for a while now but when the time comes it's still never easy to take.

When Dorchester beat Bromley on February 15 then Tonbridge a week later there was a feeling that they could get themselves out of the drop zone.

However, in the 10 games since there have been zero victories and a realisation that any hope of escaping the drop had more or less gone.

But who knows what will happen over the last five matches. As they say, football is a funny old game.

2:31pm

TERRAS VS ST NEOTS TOWN match preview

Jason Matthews’ men have lost their last two league games, but the Weymouth boss is determined not to let the Terras’ season go out with a whimper over their remaining five games.

Scott Walker is out of contention for today’s game after his groin injury has caused him more problems, Ashley Wells (hamstring) is also a doubt.

St Neots have lost their last three league games but come into today’s clash after capturing silverware in the form of the Red Insure Cup.
