JOAN FORMAN Of Puddletown Passed away peacefully on 27th August 2014, aged 85 years. Much loved mother of Hilary and Carol, a devoted grandmother and great grandmother and special friend to many. A Service to Celebrate her life will take place at St Mary's Church Puddletown on Thursday 4th September at 11.30am.
