FARMER Jeremy Martin Godfrey (Jerry) Passed away suddenly on 4th April 2017 at Agincourt Care Home aged 67. Beloved husband of Sue, loving dad to Jenny and Sam, father-in-law to Jon and Matt, grandad to Ben, Molly, Millie and Beau. Loved and missed by all who knew him.
