REXWORTHY Sally Nee Burgess Passed away peacefully in Dorset County Hospital on 7th May 2017, aged 70 years, after a short illness bravely borne. Beloved wife of Christopher, loving mum to Emma and Esme and dearest nan to Jack and Ella. She will be sadly missed. A Celebration of Sallylife will take place at All Saints Church, Dewlish on Tuesday 30th May at 10.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for DCH NHS Foundation Trust (Fortuneswell Ward) may be sent c/o Woods Funeral Services, 11a Icen Way, Dorchester, DT1 1EW.
