SMITH Patrick Robin (Pat) Passed away peacefully at Chestnut House Nursing Home on the 6th September 2017, aged 80 years. Much loved husband of the late Barbara and father of Kevin, Antony, Ian and Jonathan and a dear grandad and great grandad. Funeral Service to be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 21st September at 1:45pm. No flowers by request please but donations, if desired, for Dementia UK may be given at the Service, online at dorchesterfunerals.com or sent c/o Matthew Lucas Funeral Directors, Down House, Widcombe Street, Poundbury, Dorcheter, DT1 3BS.
