HODDER Kenneth Richard Passed away at Portland Hospital on 27th September 2017 where he received care of the highest order. Father of 'Arr Al', 'Arr Tone' & 'Arr Ray', husband of the late Nancy and formerly with Sealink at Weymouth Harbour. Ken went abroad just once, departing Devonport in 1941 returning to Portsmouth in December 1945. He was one of only four known remaining survivors of the sinking of HMS Exeter and three and half years of captivity as a POW of the Japanese. He later bought a Datsun car and a Panasonic TV.
