SIMON HOLTOM Maxine and the family would like to thank all friends and relatives for their kindness, cards and messages following the recent loss of Simon. Our thanks to all the staff at Dorset County Hospital for everything they did for him and for us. A special thank you to Michelle Carpenter for the wonderful service and to all those who attended and made donations for Fortuneswell Cancer Trust. Finally thank you to Sam Wilding of Rose Funeral Service for taking care of the funeral arrangements.
