Kenneth George Goodwin (Ken) Angela, Chris, Sue & Andy sincerely thank family and friends who attended Ken's funeral. For the many cards and letters received and the donations to Julia's House and The Salvation Army. Our thanks to Emma for conducting a memorable service. Thanks also to Dr Hall at The Bridges, district nurses, Trimar and Joseph Weld Hospice for their support through this difficult time. Lastly, thanks to Greg and staff at the Co-Operative Funeralcare for their compassion and guidance. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
